  • Guest：Location is good, close to the main street with all bars and restaurants, but still very quiet for a good rest, fair size room and bathroom with a good view of the city. We booked a suite with a balcony for four nights, I requested a high floor, but only upon check in was I informed that this type of room (not the cheapest) was located on the first floor. We didn't have water to drink available upon our arrival, reception informed us that they must have forgotten, as well as they don't replace soap and shampoo, the two times it was needed, we had to go to reception to ask, which shouldn't have been necessary. Breakfast is basic and repeated every day, the coffee available is horrible, and when we ordered a coffee from the machine we were told the cost of 1 euro. They also do not have beach towels and no basic amenities in the room such as coffee, cutlery, water, just a minibar full of overpriced products.
  • Guest：We had the best time staying in Hotel Teuta! Upon arrival the staff greeted us with a welcome drink and showed us the amazing view from the breakfast bar. The staff is friendly and kind, and everyone has a warm smile on their face. They were very helpful with their recommendations and they also reserved restaurants for us so we don’t spend on international calls. The cleaners and breakfast staff did a great job, we felt very cared for. The hotel has great views of Sarande, big balconies, a spacious parking lot and lots of free facilities. The location is perfect for going on the most popular beaches by foot, so you save money on parking. Breakfast was very fresh with variety of salty/sweet options. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for families and couples! We would go back just for the hotel experience to stay more days next time! Huge thanks to the hotel staff and thanks for the gift (SUPER APPRECIATED).
  • Guest：We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Teuta Hotel. The hotel is still very new and in excellent condition. Our Superior Suite was bright and spacious, with a very appealing interior. The staff at the reception were always friendly, took an interest in our daily plans, and gave us some great tips. As a farewell, we received a gift bag filled with Albanian products. While our stay was wonderful, one small area for improvement would be the breakfast. The breakfast room could be a bit more spacious, and the breakfast selection could be more varied.
  • Guest：Fantastic hotel. Modern, clean with everything you need. The staff at this hotel are without doubt the friendliest most helpful people we’ve come across throughout our stays around the world. Bright and cheery, helpful in every way. Always making sure we had lots of bottled water as we left each day. Nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping was immaculate and everyone was super friendly. They even gave us a little gift when we left! They genuinely cared about us which is quite unique these days. The location is good, up a hill but it gives an amazing view of the sea and sunsets each evening. Would stay again in a heartbeat if going back to Sarande.
